Martin Lervad Lundø is the CEO of the Energinet subsidiary, Energinet DataHub A/S.
With more than 14 years of experience, he is responsible for the development of the danish datahub-system in the Utility Market. He has a fundamental belief in data and an Open Source approach, as well as the opportunities that it will bring in the time to come. He is therefore a lead figure in the Open Source movement in the energy industry - where he believes that digitization should be considered as infrastructure along with gaspipes and powercables.
To create green Energy for a better world, Energinet works to facilitate real green change in Denmark and the world. Transforming the energy sector to accommodate 100% renewable energy by 2030 is no small task and a key in this development is setting data free and working together across sectors and borders. That is why Energinet DataHub is developing new systems and services with an open source approach – to share knowledge, accelerate and enable others to build upon that foundation.
