20 years’ experience in different industrial environments (manufacturing, services, energy…), first in charge of R&D and innovation, then of marketing, strategy and transformation. With her double background (PhD in Physics and Master's Degree in Marketing and Strategy), she led different transformation projects (organizational design, innovation strategy and process, operational performance improvement…) with cross functional teams, always obsessed by value creation AND human (client/user/employee) centricity. Today she is fully committed to ENGIE’s purpose about carbon neutrality and strongly involved in business transformation due to energy transition.
